Can you create Microsoft 365 from scratch?
Yes. The Microsoft 365 Business Starter package covers a new tenant—your business’s Microsoft environment—one business domain, business email, up to 10 user accounts, and foundational security. Existing email and data migrations are quoted separately.
Is Windows Autopilot included with Intune setup?
Yes. Windows Autopilot registration assistance and one deployment profile are included. Autopilot helps eligible Windows devices receive your business’s configuration during setup. We confirm device eligibility and licensing before the project begins.
Can you connect Apple Business Manager to my MDM?
We can connect Apple Business Manager to a supported mobile device management (MDM) platform. Have an MDM platform in mind? We’ll confirm compatibility and project scope before we start. You complete Apple’s required business verification.
Can you enroll devices we already own?
Possibly. Enrollment depends on each device’s eligibility and current configuration. Existing Apple devices may need additional preparation or an erase, depending on the enrollment method. We’ll review requirements with you during scoping before changes are made.
Are software licenses included?
No. Microsoft subscriptions, MDM licenses, other software subscriptions, hardware, and travel are separate from the one-time setup fee. We’ll confirm the required licensing during scoping.
Can you deploy our business applications?
Yes, for supported standard applications that can be deployed without custom packaging or scripting. The Windows package includes up to 3 standard apps; the Apple package includes up to 5. Custom app packaging and additional requirements are quoted separately.
What happens after setup?
You receive setup documentation and an administrator handoff with training. Projects include 14 days of corrections related to the configuration We delivered. Support after that period can be booked separately; troubleshooting and out-of-scope work are $100 per hour, with a one-hour minimum.
How is the final project price determined?
We review your current environment, device and user counts, licensing, application requirements, and any extra preparation. We agree on the scope and final price before starting. Payment is 50% upfront and 50% after verification and handoff.
